Totally agree that she redeemed herself A LOT by wanting to take some responsibility for the accident. I know she's a teenage girl who's pretty much losing her ****, and people deal with things that way, but it's just too much for me. I wasn't a teenage girl that long ago and I can honestly say I was never that sullen.
She's a fantastic actress and I genuinely really loved her character last season and for most of this season. It's just gotten to the point where she annoys me every time I see her onscreen. Kinda like how I used to feel about Carl on The Walking Dead.
I absolutely agree with you about Jessica though, and the whole relationship between her and Brody to begin with. It's always seemed for forced. I just find the whole Brody clan to be completely insufferable, to be honest.
I would LOVE it if your theory was correct though.
"Hockey won't hold still to give you a better look. You wouldn't want it to anyway. It's the action that makes the possibilities endless."
You guys heard it here first...imagine the shock. I think pretty much EVERYONE has Damian Lewis looking for work after next week...but Carrie? NOBODY would see that coming.
unless he has been a terrorist all along, playing EVERYONE.
Or, how about they assassinate him. Carrie is ridiculously upset and yells/threatens all the CIA guys. But, Brody knew this would happen all along. He secretly managed to get a bomb on Carrie or in her car. She attends the ceremony where the president thanks the CIA, lots get blown up, and it's tied back to her.
Oh my god it's Arlington Road..
Monday TV Ratings/Sunday Cable Ratings: HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and 2 BROKE GIRLS Up, DEXTER Breaks Showtime Records, HOMELAND Hits Another Series High | Collider
I guarantee you that showtime is on the phone asking the Dexter showrunners to stretch the story one more season(the next one, I think, is supposed to be the last).Over at Showtime, the penultimate episode of Dexter‘s seventh season broke literally every Showtime record in existence, as the installment drew 2.6 million total viewers. That’s a record for a Showtime original series.
Critical favorite Homeland also made records of its own, as the Showtime series’ penultimate episode of its second season was up 8 percent over last week’s series-high, netting another all-time high of 2.36 million viewers.
I knew that video would come into play at some point.

Before I read a single review of last night's Homeland I guarantee that the word 'copout' will be frequently used. Me, I found it satisfying. Everytime I think this show has painted itself into a corner they find a way to go in a whole new satisfying direction. The deaths were important enough without losing any of the big 3. And Saul(at least temporarily) being at the head of the table is a nice development. Not amazing...but very solid finale.
I loved the scene with Quinn and Estes. Im a guy who kills bad guys.
And thats how you get ants!
