Honestly, who do you think is not going to make it to next season? I just got back from my 3500 mile roadtrip and caught up on the episodes I missed on the road.
I think Tera, Clay and Juice are goners. I think Otto would be out as well, unless his forced involvement in all of this is just part of a big burn moment coming a la Stahl in last seasons finale. Would Sutter kill off his own character? I think he may.
I gotta say...Clay ain't going anywhere except maybe on the run. The one character that I can see the rug getting pulled out under is Gemma. I almost thought it was going to happen last night(when I watched). Tera would seem the obvious choice but, instead, maybe one of the kids get killed. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is the endgame storyline and NOBODY gets killed at the end of this season. Imagine the tension...waiting all off season for the hammer to fall. There's the problem, if it falls now, it's domino time.
If this happens Jax is going to go nuts! I think one of the most interesting things is Tera's comment that Jax seeing the letters would go deeper into the club if he knew the depths of what happened between JT and Clay. I personally think once Tera gets nabbed (regardless of her getting offed or not) Jax is going to figure everything out and know Clay is the puppet master. Once he figures that out he will kill Clay. And after Clay lied to Gemma she will disown him.
Regardless the tension/story line is just wrapped so tightly that I am very much looking forward to how it all plays out. Anybody else think the federal DA (can't remember that POS's name) is going to be offed by the sheriff??
I see it the other way around. New sheriff threatens to blow whistle and the Lincoln Potter, who appears to be a little unhinged(that jacket/standing on the table like juice was a mouse in the kitchen), kills him in a Stahl like moment. Think Tera would have been better served to say that if Jax saw the letters he would be further driven into criminality and thus the Sons. Bobby's little pep-talk to Jax was pretty foretelling I think. Just a great show and although this season started a little rougher for some I think they have made the full turn into internalizing all of the drama within the club. Looking forward to more...NOW!!!!!
SONS OF ANARCHY 4.09 'Kiss' | CraveOnline
This is pretty spot-on and I noticed but forgot to mention it. Very odd moment. And it didn't seem as if Gemma was faking it entirely in order to work Unser. Worth watching. Can't help but feel that Unser is going to have a hard tragic decision to make at some point.Quote:
The kiss with Gemma seemed all kinds of wrong, largely because I always assumed that Unser had more of a fatherly relationship with her rather than any latent romantic attraction, as Clay suggested earlier this season.
Any significance that the sheriff is named Roosevelt and the A.D.A. is Lincoln?
Didn't even consider that...Quote:
The Juice storyline got interesting again this week, as Chibs and Jax noted that Clay would have kicked him out if he learned that Juice was suicidal. Ironically, that would have been the best thing for Juice and it would probably have saved his life. Instead, he seems pretty doomed. His reaction to the RICO room was pretty telling. Juice knew that he was essentially signing his own death warrant by going in and he took out his anger for that on Roosevelt. Meanwhile, Lincoln has gone from a sympathetic adversary to a stone cold, calculating son of a b****. Lincoln is clearly a master manipulator, but he doesn't seem to keep his promises... which is more bad news for Juice and Big Otto.
Yeah I don't see Lincoln honoring what he told Juice. No freaking way SAMCRO gets off if Lincoln "gets the Irish."
Agree JD I could see Lincoln offing the sheriff in a Stahl moment. I wonder if Otto is playing Lincoln? It is not like there isn't precedent for this show to get you all gigged up emotionally only to roll up the rug while you are standing on it.
