Ok. Been trying to work the angle on this too. This season clearly appears to have a 'chickens coming home to roost' motif. The boys have a LOT of enemies. Nomads seem to be sketchy anyway. There was a moment either s2 or early 3 where they forced over a farm team club who kinda wanted to stay unaffilliated...remember that? Well, maybe this is some internal beef. They were vague, but the home invasions so far seem to be fairly innocent...no mention of rape or death(am I wrong? what did that newspaper say?). Looks like Unser got tooled up solidly, let's hope that's it. BTW, I agree. Poor Wayne is owed some loving by somebody. Hey Gemma, a handy wouldn't be out of order at this point. Anyway...

Yeah news paper just said home invasion. That line was awesome! Although Gemma's question to Jimmy Smits character about his anatomy and her mouth was right up there! And his MILF comment back was good too ...

Oh and one other thing. At the beginning when Gemma has the gun on Jimmy Smits and Smits assistant walks in (and isn't that Jimmy Smits real life wife??) and she asks Jimmy, "was it JD?" and he says "something like that" did anyone get the distinct impression that he slipped Gemma a mickey to get her in his bedroom? I say there is a whole lot more to his character ...

didn't see it like that...just more of a 'oh we have Jack Daniels to thank for this'...but that's interesting. Yeah. He was silky smooth...that companionator line. Never really cared for Smits, but he was kinda likeable. Don't expect that to last, Gemma's instincts aren't that great. The Bobby/Otto thing got resolved a little too easy. Don't think we have seen the last of that either.

The look on the sheriff's face when two people came in to finger Jax et al, and heard it was a cop from Oakland...almost like he knew it was a set-up. I still see him becoming more sympathetic to samcro..

He is kinda bridging the gap between Hale and Unser. Starting liking his character when he backed off on Juice because he knew it was wrong. I still cannot see why Tig didn't know that was possibly a set-up. Oh, btw, come to Oakland...where you just ran from the local gang after killing the boss's daughter. He should have had someone follow.

I've been unable to post but all I had to say after that episode was "holy ****!"

I'm really looking forward to Kim Coates' performance this season. CANNOT wait to see how this all plays out for Tig, and what happens with him and Clay. I'm pretty sure that is not going to end well.

HOLY ****.

Oh...and the premiere apparently hit a series high 5.37 million viewers. Take that Emmys.
