So apparently TV networks aired new episodes on Halloween night. I don't get it. They know ratings will be low yet they do it anyway.
What is really a head-scratcher is that Modern Family and Suburgatory showed Halloween themed episodes last week. Why not use it for Halloween night then?

Now I have to crank through my collection of 30 Rock episodes (still on last season) so I can watch the one I missed last night (because NBC swapped it in at the last minute) on the computer or ondemand before it goes away.
