Ok...so today's special...
Woke up early this morning(appointments) and had a terrific sinus headache(still do, thanks for asking). Anyway...when I have to force myself to move odd things happen in the shower. Usually the worst possible song gets stuck in my head on an endless loop. Seemingly from out of nowhere. Todays's selection...(and I have NO IDEA WHY)
Never even saw the damned movie. So anyone have any horror show examples of brain damaging ear worms????

I do not know why this one
Is one of those recurring, brain in neutral placeholders that pop in my head when I am awake, but not really functioning. It's like the equivalent of your leg shaking/foot tapping to try to kickstart your body. It is always a song I can barely tolerate. It's like my brain is trying to irritate me into thinking.

I have days like that too, where some part of a song (good or bad) just endlessly loops inside my head to my own misery. Thankfully there aren't any recurring songs in particular I can think of right now EXCEPT....
Here's something you Americans probably are missing out on, the Eurovision Song Contest. It's an annual song competition between European countries that can yield some hilariously bad songs. I remember being especially entertained in 2002 by the Greek entry SAGAPO and I KNOW this has been a worm in my brain at least a couple of times since.
Say the magic word

Speaking of the 2002 Eurovision, here's the Russian entry Northern Girl. It's like some weird group of Backstreet Boys wannabes that are overweight and at least 10 years too old to pull off what they're trying to do. So so bad, yet strangely catchy and compelling in its awfulness.
