47 Minutes of Behind The Scenes Footage from ‘Ghostbusters 2′
Special effects artist William Forsche has posted 47-minutes of fly on the wall behind the scenes footage from the set of Ghostbusters 2. Forsche shot the footage during FX tests and actual FX production of the film.

James Gray Casts Marion Cotillard, Joaquin Phoenix & Jeremy Renner in ‘Low Life’
[Marion] Cotillard will play a woman attempting to immigrate from Poland. Her American dream turns into a nightmare. While sailing to Ellis Island and a new start, her sister grows deathly ill and she is forced to trade sexual favors for medicine and food to keep her sister alive…she falls prey to a charming sleazebag (Phoenix), who persuades her to turn tricks in New York. Renner is close to signing on to play the sleazebag’s cousin, a magician who sweeps the young woman off her feet and is her best chance to escape the nightmarish life she has fallen into.

This project had me at Katee Sackhoff, but this casting announcement don't hurt, either.dd two more names to the awesome sounding Katee Sackhoff indie drama (though it sounds more like a black comedy to me) “Sexy Evil Genius”. “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” co-stars Seth Green and Michelle Trachtenberg have joined the cast of the Shawn Piller-directed movie, which will star Sackhoff, along with Billy Baldwin and Harold Perrineau Jr.
The plot goes thusly:
Genius centers on a group of strangers brought together in a downtown Los Angeles bar by their mutual ex-girlfriend (Sackhoff). The woman is mysterious about her intentions, but by the night’s end, according to the movie’s makers, revenge will be had, romance kindled and the wronged woman will have delivered on her reputation as the sexy evil genius at the center of all their lives.
Focus Features Sets TINKER, TAILOR, SOLDIER, SPY for November 18th
It Is Time to give the man a little gold statuette already.If you were wondering whether or not Tomas Alfredson’s adaptation of John Le Carre’s Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy was being set up for an awards run, you now have your answer. Variety reports that Focus Features has set the spy thriller for November 18th. The story centers on “George Smiley (Gary Oldman), a veteran spy pulled out of semi-retirement to ferret out a Soviet agent in MI6.” Oldman is already receiving early buzz on his performance and he’s bolstered by a strong supporting cast that includes Colin Firth, Tom Hardy, Mark Strong, Ciarán Hinds, Stephen Graham, and Benedict Cumberbatch. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the film premiere at the Toronto Film Festival in September, but nothing has been announced on that front.

That was a carefully crafted hoax perpertrated by him and Casey Affleck. See...I'm still here...a documentary of the whole misguided venture. You are the third or fourth person(on LGK) who missed all this, which makes it even more obvious that it was an Andy Kaufman like gag that just misfired entirely. that was a tongue in cheek post. i'd heard about that docu-(mocku)-mentary. i haven't watched it though (nor do i plan on it) so i wasn't 100% sure. you just confirmed it for me though, thanks! too bad, i really like casey affleck. i looked phoenix up on imdb a while ago though and saw he had a bunch of acting projects lined up after "i'm still here" so i figured he hadn't been serious, but i wasn't completely sure what was up with that "phase" of his.
