I remember there was a humidor set when the DVD came out about 8 or 9 years ago. Was nearly $100 when it was released, I said no thanks and bought the DVD and the 32 version years later. Not sure if its worth a rebuy.

The film has been endlessly imitated and parodied and helped to energize the independent film movement that was slowly gaining momentum in the early 1990s thanks to directors like Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, Wes Anderson, and David O. Russell and the success and influence of the Sundance Film Festival. There isn’t much more that can be said. Pulp Fiction is a modern cinematic classic and its Blu-ray release is a cause for celebration.

This trailer was considered a little too hot for TV, and may be a bit NSFW if you catch my drift.

Pulp Fiction will be released on Blu-ray on October 4th, 2011.
