I only just remembered that I have a Sandman Companion book that came out back in 2000.



I'm going to assume, since they're doing multiple volumes, that the new one will be even more in depth. Which would be great. I love reading annotations for comics. I remember back in the day, on the Yahoo Groups a guy named Jess Nevins would post links to annotations he wrote for Alan Moore's Top 10 series. They were awesome, especially because that book used so friggin' many outside references in the background. And I think Moore's annotations for From Hell are what make that book so great.

THOR 2 Starts Filming This Summer in London

Marvel’s Thor 2 appears to be back on track, and we’ve now got a brief update on the production. After running through what seemed like a revolving door of potential directors (the latest of which, Patty Jenkins, left the project in early December), television helmer Alan Taylor (Game of Thrones) has been set to direct the superhero follow-up. Star Tom Hiddleston recently spoke to Empire and revealed that filming is poised to begin this summer:

“All I know about Thor 2 is that we’re supposed to film it in London in the summer and that it is being directed by Alan Taylor.”
