Ain't It Cool News: The best in movie, TV, DVD, and comic book news.
I am split. As a fan of Constantine(the comic version) the movie was a hot mess. But if you disassociate the comic from the movie it wasn't half bad. Keanu was horribly miscast though. Guy Pearce could pull it off...maybe.Over the years, CONSTANTINE seems like it has this kind of cult following...which has been great, it's been embraced, and it would be great to figure out a sequel. And if we did, and we've been trying to figure one out, it would be great to do the really, dark scary...we got caught in that weird PG-13 R no man's land...and we should do the hard R, scary version, which I would love to do"
Why Can’t Howard Look A Little More Like Donald Now?
Fearsome Four??? A title featuring Man-Thing, Howard the Duck and Blue Falconerrrrrrrrrrr I mean Nighthawk(who I haven't seen since the Defenders of long ago...). The artwork looks pretty crap and I have never been much of a She-Hulk fan, but still, this deserves looking into.
Jay Baruchel To Adapt Image’s Random Acts Of Violence And Tell Untrue Tales Of The Exorcist Bleeding Cool Comic Book, Movies and TV News and Rumors
as always, if you have read the source material...weigh in. Is it good? I kinda like Baruchel...he comes off as a geek's geek.Random Acts is the blood-soaked story of two comic creators and their ultimate horror character Slasherman creation gone very wrong. The creators start to see success flowing like a river, but when that river turns bloody and people start dying in the midst of a signing tour, it becomes clear that their creation has taken a life of its own.
