I did not want to write a novel.

ABC Warriors was actually an offshoot of Nemisis

If you consider 2000AD was the "training ground" for a lot of most talented writers such as Allan Moore & Grant Morrison Garth Ennis & Pat Mills, Artists Kevin O'Neill, Brian Bolland, Dave Gibbons & Carlos Ezquerra a major part of what we have read over the years owes a major debt of gratitude.

Sure even though it was only published under the 2000AD line (I think it was DC had bought them) and not the actual newspaper comic.

Marshall Law was one of the 1st comics to point out the "Hazzards" of Sex between Supe's and Norm's.

This comic was actually responsible for a script change in the second Superman movie so that before Clark & Lois had sex he had to loose his powers. This was parodied in an underground comic in which Superman has sex with Lois and his "wad" is seen shooting out the top of her head. This danger was then shown in the movie Hancock in which Will Smith pulls off the girl blowing him just before he blows his load thru the roof of his trailer thus saving her life.

I should read more of the A.D 2000 stuff. Is it readily available in reprints these days?
Only by living absurdly is it possible to break out of this infinite absurdity.

Hey, as long as he's got Nemesis: The Warlock, he's got the best.

Yes. You can get volumes such as this:

on Amazon for around $15 each. And they're pretty thick, too. I think they've reprinted most all of the long-running books in this format. I don't actually own any of them currently, so I can't speak for the quality, but from what I've seen of them they're a step above Marvel's Essential reprint books.

    And at that price...
