I was thinking about wanting to write a comic book story about a female secret agent who's an alcoholic and then realized that's been done before.

But then again aren't most secret agents alcoholics?

I was listening to Daft Punk, shaking my head, and the Asian hottie next to me at the computer lab looked at me, like, um, what's his problem.

Once comic books and "Geek Culture" went mainstream... profitability became the main goal. Not "art".

When was the last time a socially conscious rock song or movie topped the charts? It's been a while right?

Geek Culture is now in the spotlight and it's gained it's own momentum.

Nobody wants a comic book about the Iraq War when they can watch The Red Hulk beat up The Green Hulk twenty pages at a time spread out over a year.

Or fill their rooms and movie shelves with every licensed product imaginable from TRON : Legacy.

THAT'S RIGHT. I BLAME YOU, COMIC BOOK FANS!!!!
