heard social d is playing irvine meadows in october. so not stoked about seeing them at irvine meadows.

then i heard face to face is opening and got intrigued. still so not stoked about seeing them at irvine meadows..

i've never been there, but i love social d and face to face so i'm contemplating it.

but it's just so much more fun to see bands at smaller venues.

I saw them at the House of Blues in Vegas earlier this year. It was really cool to see them in such a small venue. I might make the 6-7 hour drive down to see Social D when they come to Irvine. They put on a hell of a show

Yeah, they did a tour a couple of years ago and I saw them at the HOB anaheim and sunset within a couple of weeks of each other, and it was just awesome to see them in a place that small.

i've seen them quite a few times at different venues, but I totally agree that they always put on a great show.

They're both good ucsd.

somehow I'm just smirking at seeing Social D in the same venue I saw Iron Maiden at a few years ago.

$15 - $40 price levels for tickets. Assuming $15 for lawn GA, sooo far back..

social d will come back to smaller venues. i've seen a few punk bands at irvine meadows and the feeling i'm normally accustomed to at venues like hob gets lost. i've sat in the seats and on the lawn and oy... anyway, if you're a HUGE fan, it might be "different" in a nice way to see them play a big place.

i have a friend who bought tix as a gift to her newlywed husband for that social d show. he's such a big fan, he's got the skeleton tattoo on his arm.
