ha - I felt that way the first time I saw Pivit play in san diego (opened for good riddance after h2o cancelled). Except I bought 2 albums...

i saw them there a few years back, was a great show, have fun!

I'll be at the National show on the 11th as well, and I'll be at Portishead in October. After that probably nothing till Coachella in April.

Went to Fantasia @ Hollywood Bowl 2 saturdays ago...was really beautiful. I had never seen a symphony live and I really got an appreciation for the subtlety and brilliance of all those instruments coming together. No Night on Bald Mountain, which was a surprise...reckon they wanted to keep it light. My one true observation is that people are the enemy of quiet. Not a single moment wasn't filled with people talking in the aisles, bottles rolling, kids, etc. It's almost as if quiet makes people uncomfortable and they have to reassure themselves that they still exist by making noise. I really hate people. Hey baby, wanna kill all the humans...
