ha just heard that Pulley and Black Pacific (Jim Lindberg's new band) are playing the Malibu Inn saturday night.
says Pulley: "First time we get to play "The Ocean Song" while literally staring at the Pacific Ocean!"
Yup- residency! It does seem likely to me now that they'll do both weekends at Coachella for So CA. Unlikely I'll chance it though. I am getting tickets probably to that 4/18 and/or 4/19. Road trip! I can try for an extra if you think you'd go. Long ways off and all. Tickets on sale this Sunday.
Puscifer were awesome tonight! Seriously cannot say enough about the performance. Pulling mostly from their latest release, Conditions Of My Payroll. I've only listened to this new release a couple of times but I never underestimate MJK- he really brought it tonight. Perfect pacing and great visuals. I need to delve a little deeper into this side project. Musically, it has grown a lot since last I saw it in 2010.
