good mix of new and old songs for mxpx?
I totally want to be that parent too. But with my luck, I'll have to be the dad taking his son to a nickelback concert. wait, what?
beer and whiskey dinners. that makes you a superstar parent right there, doesn't it?
sometimes i'll wear the shirt of an opener, but hardly ever the main act
haha. my friend is even more particular. his roommate came along and drove us to the show so we could drink and he asked if we could listen to mxpx on the way to the show and my friend was like "never! not until the show is doneso." so we listened to millencolin and four year strong.

i guess taking your kids to a nickelback show might be better than taking them to a justin bieber concert...? (i'm just trying to think of what could possibly be worse than nickelback  ). seriously, i would haaaaaaaaaaaate it if my daughter were all like "i don't want to see hot water music, against me!, or the thrice reunion show, i want to go see the latest boy band/teen heart throb and shriek my heart out with all the other tween girls!" haha.
yes, i set an excellent example.
my future-step-daughter listens to the worst **** on earth... i need to turn her goth somehow

of course this coming from a guy who still has a "i listened to new kids on the block when they were underground" t-shirt in my closet..
for sure. i'm not gonna push any of my music on her. ima just try to hide the fact that s***ty stuff exists for as long as possible. it even applies now. whenever the wiggles or barney is on, i make sure the tv is off. there's definitely some hope for her... as a kid, i never really bonded with my friends over music, that didn't happen until i was in college and safe from tween taste. i always kind of did my own thing so i think if she grows up sort of like i did, she'll end up the same and not pulled into liking what everyone else likes. hopefully, she'll have some sense as she grows up and realize i listen to some kick ass stuff on her own. ;)
i think i know a couple hipsters who would love that NKOTB shirt, haha!
the way i feel about the rolling stones is the way my kids are gonna feel about nine inch nails...
KISS in Blighty
KISS last night at The HMV forum Kentish Town
Fun , small venue( for them )
I think 2500 cap
Played a few older ones I was not expecting (Black Diamond , 100,000 years)
Super HOT and steamy as I don't think the venue has proper AC
Another one , hope you can see it as I can't . I'll check on my laptop later
i don't wanna romance, i don't wanna dance..
