I don't really get who you are preaching to jd. Everyone knows the show has lost all sense of plausibility at this point. It's been that way for multiple seasons now.
The show is now on its back nine with an end date in sight. Just enjoy it.
I guess I am just offended that a show about a blood splatter analyst who also happens to be the world's most invisible serial killer plays so loose with details. It's insulting. And yet I watch. So it's a self hatred thing.
That's what I am on about mostly. I think in earlier seasons they balanced the ridiculousness of the overall concept by doing the little things right. At least enough to satisfy.
Another thing, Dexter apparently works 20 some odd minutes a day. Nitpicking, sure. AND YET I KEEP WATCHING.
So has everyone just given up on Dexter? Ive actually thought the last 2 episodes have been pretty good.
