Well, it's unfortunate that it took until the last 5 minutes of the season for it to get interesting. I'm sure the start of next season will be just as underwhelming as this one.

weird ending. now won't they match the casing to deb's gun? wasn't the point to use the dead guy's gun?

thought Dexter was going to kiss her right after she shot Laguerta. At some point he has to fall in love with her too, doesn't he? Wasn't as "wow" as last year's finale, but will be interesting if Deb goes "killer" or not.

Also unclear if Yvonne escaped just to escape, or if she'll come after deb and dexter.

I can't wait for next season of Sons of Anarchy. Next season of dexter? "meh"

You know...we did learn one thing last night. Doakes was a lot of fun and the show has been progressively worse without him.

Totally agree about Doakes. Once he was out of the picture, it all went downhill. How awesome would the Trinity storyline have been with Doakes hot on Dexter's trail.
