When my dad, who was of similar proportions as Heavy D, was in his late 50s, I realized that I have never seen people in their 70s and older who are of that particular body type. My dad was gone a couple of years later, Heavy D was predestined to go early, and so is everyone else who is of the same body type. A cruel thing to say, perhaps, but it's the truth. If you or your loved one is in this category, take note.
