    thanks for the heads up! how nice of you to buy her a cardi. i'm going to have to think about what i want. i like a bunch of the houdstooth stuff, namely the 50s shirt dress, allover houndstooth dress and the gloves. if i get anything though, i'll have to choose just one (or two...). i'd like the 50s neck shirt if it weren't white...

    i just bought it for myself with my birthday monies because it was onsale and then looked up this thread to tell you. the gloves i want are also on sale, but it's still 30 pounds + shipping from the UK so i gotta decide how practical that is. but ooooooh, how i want them.

    No, it was a black cardigan that went down to the waist. Really sharp. She looks great in it. That's a nice one too. I said this before & I'll say it again....MOD CHICKS RULE!

    Yeah, it sold out quick. I was lucky. The gloves are cute. The wifey got me the FP parka for Christmas. Hopefully it gets cold again at night so I can wear it. I've already pinned it up with some targets, Jam & Pixies buttons.

    that's pretty cool. looks cozy! ya, that's what sucks about living here. i love the sunshine, but every once in a while, i'd love to have wintery nice things like those gloves or a fur coat (ya, ya...) but if i don't wear them often enough, i don't know if i want to drop the cash on it. although, i'll always have something for when i do go to colder climates...

    nice! i got my gloves, free shipping from the UK (which was a surprise, since it was 12 quid last time) and i'm gonna wear them to a concert tonight since it's cold. can't wait!
