hey Doc...PONTYPOOL...netflix...streaming
Watching.
Um........
OK.
What?
I certainly didn't hate it. I'm not sure how much I liked it yet. I liked the premise of the "threat" but it wasn't exactly explored. Which is fine... no explanation would ever match the delightful confusion. I liked the cramped and confused feeling built by the movie...
I just don't think that I'm that huge a fan of those kinds of movies.
I enjoyed watching it and I don't think I have any specific complaints but I don't think I ever need to see it again.
That's actually high praise coming from you. It's not your standard horror fare...more cerebral, almost like a play. Stephen McHattie, I thought, was tremendous. The whole topic of language as a virus was pretty groovy too. Glad you liked it, as far as I am concerned, that's a win. You ventured out of your comfort range and managed to enjoy the recommend.
I think you grossly underestimate my ability to enjoy things.
