I ended up giving The Tall Man 3 of 5 stars on Netflix for reasons forthcoming, but on a 100 scale, I'd give it a 75. However, I'm sorely tempted to rate it higher.

I'd really like to post something more specific about it, but considering there are 4 of us watching, I think it best in this case to wait until at least 3 or all of us have viewed it. So, for now, I will simply say

Agree Tiger...have to watch the last 25 minutes to see if they stick the landing, but initial thoughts...was so sure this was gonna be a easy to predict by the numbers affair...then the maguffin.Spoilers witheld but I was really ready to tear into this as a French director's lead handed attempt to make an American flick...not so much now. Overall, still witholding opinion, but unless the ending sucks out loud this is a terrific off the board flick.

EDIT:OK, the ending was good. Vague enough to leave me wanting more yet satisfied overall. Doc, Lagwagon...you guys watch it yet?
