Been meaning to see this for the longest time, and was not disappointed. A fine movie based on the director's early life during World War II. An interesting sidenote is that Tarantino got the idea for naming his movie Reservoir Dogs from one of his customers mispronouncing the title of this movie.

Thank you, sir. I knew from way back when you had a Toshiro Mifune avatar that you and I were destined to be together.

I think this may have been the first time I saw this movie the whole way through. Good fun.

Pretty funny 70's movie that played on TCM right after Grizzly. How could I not record an old movie about giant, killer rabbits? It was pretty good fun, but not so much as though I'd buy it. Also worth watching because DeForest Kelly had a porn 'stache in it.

    Like it! :D

Kane Hodder and Tony Todd were good as always...

...But now I got a crush on Danielle Harris...after all these years...yeah...I saw her as a kid when I was kid in that Halloween movie..

She's got a new movie coming up called Stake Land, which Slashfilm described as "a combination of Children of Men. 28 Days Later, The Road, and Y: The Last Man, set in the not too far future, in a post apocalyptic world overrun by vampires."

They also said it was one of their faves from the last Fantastic Fest.

    Just FYI.

I am not really a slash fan. More into atmospheric horror, you know that.

But sometimes I need to watch something violent and gory! :O

    It's cathartic.

So incredibly insightful. It really is a treat to hear, first-hand, all the film-making philosophies of the best documentarians working today. The NFB outdid themselves with this piece of work. Score another win for Canada.

Compelling. I just couldn't take my eyes off these animals posing as humans. Tragically funny and hilariously sad. It's one of those movies that you end up shaking your head to for its entirety.

Please don't make his head any bigger. It won't be able to fit in my front door.

Where were you 4 years ago dude? I could have used a proxy when Adgy made me watch all those WKW movies.....
