K&T is spot on. Biutiful is a fantastic movie. One of Javier Bardem's finest performances. And you can't really go wrong with Inarritu.
August Underground's Mordum was pretty hard to watch and didn't have much redeeming value. Seemed like the filmmakers basically wanted to make the movie as shocking and gruesome as possible, and I guess they accomplished that. The one thing it had going for it is that I could sort of imagine some sick ****s doing the kind of **** that goes on in the movie. I guess if you're a fan of gore and pushing the limits of what can be put on film then you'll probably enjoy it. I just watched it out of curiosity more than anything since it seems to draw a lot of controversy.

yea, I'm not into that either, was just curious because when I was reading threads on other sites about A Serbian Film this one always got mentioned. But yea, was pretty underwhelmed by it. Far inferior to Serbian Film for sure.
I dunno though, if you liked Human Centipede Full Sequence you might enjoy August Underground's Mordem, it's definitely a lot darker than HC2 but it's basically the same sort of thing, gratuitous violence without much of a plot.
Wow...possibly the most underrated movie ever? I ****ing loved this movie. The Killing Gene is dark, intense, and gripping. Can't really say much about the plot, best if you go into it without knowing anything. This was definitely one gem of a film that I'm glad I stumbled upon.
Cannot agree with you more. One of the best thrillers I have seen in a while, but it's not for everyone. I have received VERY mixed reactions from folks I recommended this to. Glad to see you are a fellow 1%'r kid. Well done.

A former elite soldier/spy guy with a dark past goes on a rampage to find a young kidnapped girl. Very much in the same vein as Taken, but with a bit more emotional attachment. It had a few minor plot holes and silly characters but overall I thought it was a pretty cool movie.
