Default October Movie of the Month

I have been really busy, but this is a chance to throw up 3 Halloween/Samhain themed flicks...

all 3 of these are cult-y flicks and if you haven't seen em, you are missing out.

So, let's do this thing then.

I haven't seen Wicker Man or H3: Season of the Witch in years, and, never saw Trick'r Treat, so, I will abstain from voting. You guys have the honors of picking the film.

I like all 3, but I think that Wicker Man will lead to the best discussion.

Besides, I don't own H3 and laziness sometimes wins.

I didn't think Trick R Treat was that great, so I voted for The Wicker Man.

which version of the Wicker Man? because i ain't watching that dreadful Nicholas Cage one again.

come to think of it, i didn't like the other two movies either.

*edit* okay, for some reason the poll wasn't showing up a second ago and now that it is, i see that the 1973 version of the Wicker Man is the choice. i'm good with that... now i just need to figure out how to get a hold of it.

I know someone who owns it...

By the way, I never saw the Nic Cage one, but I read somewhere recently that it was one of the best "so bad it's good" movies ever. Thoughts?

I don't want this to turn into a "what's the best horror movie ever" thing, but I have a question that I wanted to run by you guys. Am I the only person who thought the Rob Lowe TV version of Salem's Lot was pretty damn good? Also, I'm voting for Wicker Man because I've never seen it.

Salem's Lot was awesome. The last great really scary television movie. Rob Lowe was in that? I know James Mason and David Soul were.
