No tribute to Phyllis Diller would be complete without this.
man... she was funny!
I just heard this on the radio. R.I.P.
She did live a long life and opened up the road for female comics.
She was a trailblazer..RIP
She was also a concert pianist. Saw her some several times at the old Michigan Palace Supper Club in the 70's. Not only did she tear the place down with her comedy, she'd always do something classical on the piano for 15-20 mins as part of the act.
She is an icon. The world is a little less full.

Haha! This is the kind of stuff that makes me feel that I was born too late. ;)
Open secret, dude, like E. M. Forster. :P
Maybe, *gasp* people didn't care. Everybody has that gay relative. People are just getting obnoxious about it now. /rant
I used to see her at the Forum back in the 80's. At least she got to see the Kings win the Cup before she died.
