Do ya like movies Orph? Like to have dumb fun every once in a while? Indulge my brother, these movies are why Edison and friends went to all the trouble in the first place. Pure FUN.

I have heard some good things about that Depp guy too.

As good as Al Swearingen is, it's so fun to watch Geoffrey Rush play Barbossa. It's clear that he loves the character as much as Depp loves Sparrow...and watching the 2 of them play together is worth the price of admission. Cruz acquits herself nicely as does Stephen Graham(Snatch/Lock Stock) filling the void left by Pintel & Righetti. This is a fun ride all around.

Saw Pirates last night. I liked it a lot, it's a fun movie that keeps with the rest of the series.

Saw it yesterday. I enjoyed it. It was fun. Had some problems, but all in all good times.

My only problem is that movie #2 was about an hour too long. I haven't seen 3 yet for that same reason. Sure there is fun action, but my brain and eyes can't stand that many swashbuckling sequences in a 3 hour span. That said I'll give it another shot.
