When I was growing up the the '80's there was still a scare of what the waves from the microwave would have on people. So my mother would tell me not to stand in front of the microwave while it was on or I would turn into a mummy. She was right. I would talk more, but I am wrapped up at the moment.

Lol! I am actually a fan of The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, yeah, it's bad, but Jet Li and Michelle Yeoh were in it, so it's a guilty pleasure.

But that series are technically considered remakes of the Boris Karloff Mummy movie right? So now we are getting remakes of remake, like dude, so postmodern.

I think the hipsters have officially won.
