This just in...

according to the SDCC facebook page(as told to me by Kingsqueen), the 4 day w/hotel packages go on sale tomorrow. This was a lifesaver for us last year and pretty reasonable. I highly recommend considering all the hotels appear to be sold out.

I don't know why that article (title) suggests that all the hotels are sold out. I just went onto the Comic-Con website hotel reservation page....and I counted 17 different hotels with available dates. Mind you, most of them are not within walking distance, but they are *official* Comic-Con hotels. Maybe they just meant the Downtown/Gaslamp ones, which would be more accurate...
