Ok guys...we got us a 2-way tie. So in an attempt to break the damned thing I will reveal the choice for the wild card. I tried to find something that had showings on some of the movie channels, but it really seems not to matter because most of you either have varying ones or none at all.

Apologies in advance to those that dislike foreign movies/subtitled flicks. I have always tried to keep things mainstream here but i think the WILD CARD needs to live up to it's title. And while it is a foreign film it's not in the least bit highbrow/artsy and i think you will find it pretty mainstream. Plus, this, like In Bruges, is one of those films that you may like more than you think. I really would like feedback(specifics) as far as the choice/direction even if you aren't into it. Thanks in advance...

I vote to change the Wild Card to Shaolin Soccer. That movie doesn't get enough credit or attention.....

Kung Fu Hustle is ****ing great and everyone should watch it.

Who's a snob? Go to Best Buy or ANY DVD seller in California and see if you can find Shaolin Soccer on DVD.

NOT TO MENTION that the US release of Shaolin Soccer blows. Edited by the Weinsteins, crap picture quality, etc.

It's a great movie, no question, but Kung Fu Hustle might be better/easier to start off with.

Meh. I just don't think Kung Fu Hustle is all that great. Shaolin Soccer was a lot funnier. At least the FEMALE CHARACTER was better. I don't have a problem with a cute and deaf sweets peddler but she ain't got nuffin' on Mui!
