    Saw Duncan Jones' second directorial effort, "Source Code" last night. Way good. 8/10. Recommended.

    Kung Fu Hustle lacked in a likeable ass kicking female character. What? All I have is some purposefully ugly ass landlady with terrible taste in clothes? I also find nothing about Stephen Chow's character to be likeable. I mean, he's kind of an ******* in the beginning and a wanna be gangster. He ****s with that poor deaf/mute chick that sells ice cream. I liked the other "heros" in the movie and was disappointed that they are pretty much killed early on. And then he gets converted and crap and I'm supposed to like him in the end? Forget it.

    His character in Shaolin Soccer was 10000x better. He was humble (mostly but it's not his fault he kinda lost sight a little), earnest, positive, and totally sweet to a woman who had admirable qualities yet lacked self confidence.

    I just didn't find Kung Fu Hustle that great.
