Saw it over the weekend. Enjoyed it. It didn't have me LMFAO with tears streaming down my face like South Park: The Movie or Team America, but it was still highly enjoyable.

I'd love to see this one, but I go to the movies maybe once every 2-3 years. Will probably wait til it comes out on blu-ray/dvd.
As for Family Guy, nothing will ever be better than the first couple seasons before the show was originally cancelled. The show got really bad at times when it came back. Too many cut away's and flashbacks that dragged on too long and a lot of the jokes just seemed dumbed down. The last 2 or 3 seasons have been much better than the few seasons before them though. I'm still a fan of the show, but sometimes it seems the jokes are a bit overdone or drag on too long to kill time.
It's actually pretty simple for me. I like them when they are funny and while I think he generally does them well, in this movie I didn't find myself laughing at all at them. Fortunately, there were plenty of other moments that had me laughing quite a bit. I do think this is great movie to see with friends at the theater.
How old are you is really the arbiter on a lot of his cutaway gags. I mean, Sam Jones/Flash Gordon, the Airplane gag, etc. are mostly cultivated from events of my childhood. If you are under 30, a lot of his stuff isn't geared for you. One of the few perks of being an 'old guy'.
the scene with Kunis picking up the doo doo was also fantanstic. That's exactly what I'd make my wife do while I cowered in the corner...
Oh man...I had forgotten about that. Just spit water through my nose. Thanks.
