The Avengers wasn't a comedy. It was an action flick. An action flick should NEVER have you looking at your watch. Any laughs you get out of an action flick is a plus.

I can't remember anything else. There's no quotable one liners, there's no classic scenes and the plot is a pretty basic rom-com man/boy staple. So yea... average forgettable high concept comedy.

Saw it Monday. It wasn't the peak of comedic brilliance, but I didn't hate it. Had a few laugh-out-loud (with no one else in the theater) moments. Seriously...how does no one but me in the entire joint laugh at, "So I guess we both lost our furry little guys, huh?"
Anything worth shooting is worth shooting twice. Bullets are cheap. Life is priceless.

Fun flick, some great lines in there. I liked his interview at the grocery store, thought it was really funny.

Now I am trying to figure out of The Demon is Gay. Maybe, the '70's version of the character.

TED 2 and BOURNE Sequel Planned as Universal Pictures Focuses on Franchises and Animation | Collider
was just thinking about how this was one of my faves this summer and I wanted to see it again. A sequel. Well, sign me up. Until McFarlane does some wrong...well, he can do no wrong. And yes Doc...Flash Gordon was a great movie, as the 60's Batman show was great television.
