Saw the second one and have to say....this is a good series of movies. Downey and Law are entertaining and have some good chemistry. Provided you are not expecting the Godfather or the Dark Knight these Holmes series are some of the better movies of late in my opinion. Picked up Game of Shadows on Redbox and enjoyed watching it with the family. Dont see all the hate for either movie actually....if it keeps you mildly entertained for a couple of hours what else do you want?
Dunno...find these soooooo unecessary. Guy Ritchie spinning wheels when he is capable of so much more. A little too blue(really...what are these Underworld flicks?) and really...nobody LIKES Jude Law, do they. I get it, RDJ needs to keep busy to stay away from his baser instincts...but these movies are just really empty calories.
The first one was fun. I'm glad it was because I was hoping for more success with Warner Bros to make sure that RocknRolla sequels get made.Quote:

and yeah Unfiltered the great tragedy of these movies is that he could be doing another RocknRolla. Love that movie. Don't know if he could get the players back again at this point though.
