So um, how is this show doing? I only watched it through netflix

How much nudity should I expect this year?

Haven't even been able to get through the first episode. Along with the switch in lead they seem to have really beefed up the dialogue to be more Shakesperean. It's off putting. First episode had an orgy scene that was in line with what we have seen in the past.

I think it's still pretty fantastic. The fight scenes seemed super stylized in the first episode but it's calmed down and gone back to normal. The dialogue really hasn't bothered me at all. There's just about the same amount of nudity as in the first season. Liam McIntyre has been VERY good as Spartacus, but it's still really distracting to me. I seem to have to keep reminding myself that he's Spartacus now.

I just absolutely love this show though. Definitely one of my favorite things on TV.

Ok, watched the first 2 eps last night. Twas a real slog to get past the first one. McIntyre is fine, but he has an incredible uphill battle to make us all forget Whitfield. NOT at all happy that he now has a new love(or the fact that they keep exploring the does he/doesn't he angle). Completely diminishes his 'vengeance' for his dead wife. Glad(SPOILERS) Aurelia is gone(what a death scene, right out of a Warner Brothers cartoon). I was sick of her blaming Spartacus for her husband's bad decisions and her pouty martyrdom. Was fun watching Crixus almost **** his onesie when he saw Lucretia. Onomaeus' story is very intriguing. Like where that is going. Glad that the loveably hateable Crixus is back too. So, after a hard time with the first one I can gladly say I am past the hard part and I am firmly entrenched back in the story. Lotsa blood, lotsa nudity...and this time thay seem to be obsessed on the Romans' freaky behavior. So, if you tune in for the nasty, you won't go wanting. Watch the credits after the first one for a nice tribute to A.W.

Have not seen this weeks...but for ****S SAKE...when Onemaues/Doctore' breaks his bonds...mother of God he is gonna tear a wicked swath of torn *******s through Lucretia/Asher and anyone else...

Really good episode last night (airs Sunday here in Canada). Basic kind of on-the-run story but really well-written. Oh and Katrina Law can fake/take a punch. Good to see her do more than hide.

Last night's episode was awesome. Still one of the best series on TV atm.

....I have no words besides HOLY ****. I saw most of that coming but I still can't help but be shocked. this show is probably my favorite thing on tv. and I watch a lot of tv.
