Well, one on one...Thanos. But if you are going to bring in all of Darkseids wicked progeny...he's got it. Thanos is like the original emo. Brooding...brilliant, yet all alone.

The whole Thanos/Adam Warlock stuff by Jim Starlin is some of my favorite comics stuff of all time.

I cannot argue with this. Even Inifinity War... it had it's moments, but wasn't very good.

I was more thinking of the old school stuff that Starlin wrote and drew in the 70s. I love that ****.

    *whew*

I gotta say... when I read the Thanos Quest and then the first two or three installments of Infinity Gauntlet... it blew my 13 year old mind.

Listening to Nirvana and Pearl Jam while watching the entire Marvel Universe getting laid to waste....

    heavy stuff man!!!

    *sigh*

    I'm a dork.

You and me both, man. You and me both.

On a side note, I just pulled out my Silver Surfer: Rebirth of Thanos TPB, started re-reading it and was really sad to be reminded that it only goes up to issue #38. That Silver Surfer #50 with Thanos as the stone golem was my favorite comic book ever for a long time. Wish they would have collected the rest of this stuff. :(
