there you go. Still...doesn't make sense, but suicides rarely do.
Seems like people with brain disease or injuries go this route from time to time. Wasn't long ago Junior Seau committed suicide. He was suffering from concussions. Medicine still has a long way to go in this.

Man On Fire is EASILY my favorite flick of his. Even over True Romance.

Makes perfect sense to me. Would you prefer going out on your own terms or going through the pain and misery of something like this? All the while putting your family through hell. Plus, being the brain, who knows what stage he was in and what exactly was going through his mind? Not sure if things like dementia play into this type of disease.

Not saying that choosing your exit doesn't make sense, but jumping off a bridge, that's NOT an easy death. And it's very public simply by it's nature. Maybe he wasn't at his best as far as thinking things out but man...it's abrupt, but the intense pain of a fall like that. I can't imagine.

Remembering Tony Scott: Five Movies By The Late Director That You Must See - Movieline

Ok, am I the only person that thought The Hunger sucked? I haven't seen it in a decade, so maybe I should give it another shot.

No...it was emo trash and over stylized. Like an 80's disco gothic vamp flick. I can't imagine it's aged well.

In all of this, no one's mentioned The Last Boy Scout. And although Beverly Hills Cop II wasn't as good as the first, it was a decent sequel.
