invinylwetrust is having a 20% sale on everything until sunday. i bought lucero's attic tapes and nobodys darlings which i had been waiting for a sale to get, heh. also picked up balance and composure's only boundaries EP on blue.
I was up in SF this weekend and of course I did a lot of record shopping, mostly at Amoeba and Aquarius. The highlights were....

I got that civ 7" for $0.50! and yes, it's in good condition.

i sorta need to slow down the record buying, i filled up the shelf that i had built myself (posted pics here a while back) now i must put the new records in milk crates, which i am not a fan of or have space for, or build a new record rack....which i don't have space for.

my 2nd shelf is getting full too haha, plus i'm moving next month so i'm gonna have to get crates for all these
haha, i was just thinking about this. my 2x2 expedit is almost full. i'll probably end up moving my 7"s out of it and putting them somewhere close by. i've got to figure out where... and then i probably need to get a 2nd box for them because the one i have is full, you can't even really thumb through them all. moving those 7"s though will give me room for about 75 more records.Quote:

i have the same space issues at my place so figuring out where to put all my stuff if i move it around to make room for more records is also a bit of a burden. if i end up gettimg that 2x4 expedit, space wouldn't be an issue since i would just get rid of the 2x2 and then have the unit stand vertically so it would occupy the same floor space but be a higher shelf, basically. so sarf, you could just build something to go on top of the shelf you have now and bolt it to the wall so it doesn't fall over? i remember you posted a pic, but don't recall exactly what it looked like (too lazy to go back in thread). orrr... you could build a new one that goes up higher and get rid of the old one (sell on craigslist--diy handmade real wood, yes? shelf!)
