Yes!!! Happy Record Store Day all!!!
I just back from Rhino Records midnight opening for RSD. It is late so I will get pics of the open vinyl later today but here are the jems I picked up. We were part of the first 25 people in!! Good day. I scored with the autographed Social D record!!

I couldn't sleep so here are all the pix of the open product.

FAR - At Night We Live (I was really excited to get my hands on this beauty!!!!)

great pulls, everyone.

I stopped by the places i mentioned and got some stuff I was looking for:

sensefield - killed for less
into another - s/t

kinda just got these just because:
minus the bear 7"
Eddie vedder 7"
la dispute - wildlife on pink /100
taking back Sunday live at fingerprints/looney tunes

got these that weren't exclusives:
frank Sinatra - greatest hits vol 2
black flag - damaged
balance and composure 7"
hot water music/clairmel split

not bad... I did kinda want that crosses split, too...


Ian, what time did you go to fingerprints? I looked at the vc thread last night and people were already camped out at midnight!
I had brunch and strolled into the shops around 2:30-4pm and felt lucky to get what I did.

oh and bionics had a copy of thrice's major/minor for $25.

Not bad selection for not being one of those first in the crowd. We had fun at rhino, met some fun people as we stood/sat in line for 3 hours. All so worth it (see Furnitur3's post)

one of my husband's favorite bands is FAR. (his other is sensefield). he wasn't as crazy about their last album (at night we live), but that is a very nice pressing. i always love when the vinyl color matches the art work and is part of what pushed me over the edge in buying the revelation records RSD specials. i would've also liked to have gotten the ignite press, but as it was, i got the last 2 that vinyl solutions had.
they also had johnny cash record for $0.99 that i wanted, but it was scratched to the point where it looked unplayable. what a shame.

anyway, i always get a smile on my face when i see fellow FAR fans. i don't have a lot of tattoos, but one of mine is the onelinedrawing logo from jonah's current work.

ps. sorry my pic sucks guys. i'll fix it later once i get some sleep. the picture posting function on the app sucks balls.

we got to fingerprints just before they opened at 6am, there was a line around the block but once they opened we were in the store in a few minutes so not bad, the longest part was the line to actually purchase.

got someone on VC to get the dave hause 7" i wanted in trade for the horrible crows 7"
