But I had read the book so many times that I had complete pictures of what I expected everyone to look like and they missed, especially on Stu(no disrespect to Gary Sinise). I think I've read The Stand about 5 times. Sounds like time to read it again. I know King just came out with a new book, but I can't think of the title.

Not ready for fiction yet I think but I'm probably gonna go for The Stand after this one based on your recommendations.

Just finished (and loved) - Every Man Dies Alone by Hans Falada
Prior - The Strain by Chuck Hogan and Guillermo del Toro - can't wait to start The Fall. Good escapist fiction.
