From a business standpoint, there is no sense introducing killer features on a Rev A product because it leaves little room for major improvements in the future. Besides the lack of flash and multitasking, which can be easily fixed in a software update, features such as a full Mac OSX, camera, USB, HDMI, etc. would not be included in the first revision.
IMO, flash (lite or otherwise) and multitasking are coming in a software update. I don't think iPhone OS 4.0 is ready and perhaps this will come out in June when the new iPhone comes out. Also, for people who wanted Photoshop and the like, what's not to say Adobe and others are preparing modified versions? Remember, a lot can AND will happen in 60/90 days when the iPad is fully released.
There is no way in hell that we'd get iChat or cameras for that matter because AT&T 3G cannot handle the data usage. Imagine that. I'd be iChatting with Hatter on a nightly basis from my heart shaped tub.
Just wait for the revision B iPad. With wings, USB, and a larger flash drive.
As for me, I'm selling my iPhone 3GS, picking up a 32gb iPad, and buying a used Blackberry.
