Will LTE prices be the same as current prices?
Will LTE prices be the same as current prices?
that is something no one knows BUT I can't imagine they will go higher, VZW is already the top of the pricing list in the US. I also can't see it going down
when is the damned HTC Trophy coming out!?!?!
Have any of you guys seen this contest for the Droid X?

Apparently there will be one in LA possibly in Hollywood on Monday 7/12. It would be very cool if one of us won it.
We are the Samurai, the warrior elite who protect and serve. Armed and armored from head to toe, masters of our personal weapons and bound by Honor, Duty, Loyalty, and Honesty. We walk the long path into the places society would prefer forgotten, and chase those demons that most would run from screaming in fear. We are the Samurai.
They will have tiered pricing. Since LTE will have the ability to connect multiple devices to the web, it will greatly depend on how much data you plan on using. There however hasn't been any official pricing that I've seen. I have read however from Verizon that the cost to transmit 1Mb of data on the LTE network costs Verizon 1/3 the cost of a 3G phone transmitting 1Mb of data. So one would have to imagine it would be simliar, or even cheaper to switch to the LTE network...
Okay VErizon people who know the plans (SBU et al). My wife and I are looking to upgrade to a couple of Droid phones (either Droid X or Incredible for me and the Ally or Droid 2 for her). IS there a way that we can share the data plan (aka the extra 30 bones a month they tack on for having a "smartphone') 60 bucks more on our phone bill is about half of our present bill so we would be paying 1 1/2 times of what our current bill is???
There is no way around it. All smartphones require a data plan.
You're a teacher, aren't you? I believe there's a discount available for teachers.

Our bill is 120 with the discount
no way around it. KT has the angle on the discounts, you do for a discount as a teacher, if you're not already getting it. There is no way around the 30 per line. ALSO the ETF(early Term fee) is considerably higher on a smart phone. Its 350 or 375.00 per line. It is prorated it goes down the farther your into your contract
