The best saver of batter life is AUTOMATIC TASK KILLER. When I was having battery issues the guy at Verizon downloaded this for me and I have had few problems since.

Also, there is Advanced Task Killer which is a very nice app as well. Yeah, I have both an EVO and Blackberry Bold and the Droid OS is a much better choice in my eyes.

I will be upgrading my personal Verizon phone to a Droid X in the near future. And, I hear Verizon might be getting the iPhone in Jan 2011. I don't really care because I like the Android OS more than Apple's.

Anyone know of a good battery saver? I've downloaded juice defender several times and it works well for a few days and then slowly starts to suck balls. Battery goes back to normal and the program has all sorts of bugs and then just stops working on my Droid.

Is this app FREE?

Yes, so maybe that is why. But when I read all the comments before downloading it most are favorable. So its not that it sucks for all phones and its getting you to purchase the pay app. I can't figure out why it wouldn't cooperate with my Droid.

I ordered 2 of em a week or so ago and am still waiting. While i don't think this site is BS, I'm not crazy about how they do things.

I'm still waiting for tracking info, and my stuff was shipped 3 days ago.

ive noticed that too. i just got an email saying my stuff was shipped but there is no tracking info.

OTOH, they are located in baldwin park (according to the folks at xda-developers)

so it should be here soon.

Personally I thought the Invisible Shield was too tacky feeling and gave me that rainbow haze on the screen when I had it on my Incredible. I bought these for my Droid X:

It went on super easy and you can't tell anything is there. I used to be a Boxwave fanboy until I tried the Steinheil.....
