Anyone know an easy way to burn these files to dvd for audio/video use? Also a bit confused on the bin/cue relationship and how that effects the burn cycle. Any help much appreciated.

What CD/DVD burning software do you have installed?
The .bin and .cue files are linked together and both are necessary to burn to CD/DVD. One of the files is the image and the other is the table of contents of the image. An easy way of burning this is using a program like Nero or you can use this Free open source CD burning program CDBurnerXP: Features
Im using Power2Go-it was the pre-installed program with my new computer. Thanks for the link-for some reason Im having an issue burning a lot of different file types and my DVD reading them properly. I will try your open source when I get a chance....thanks again.
everytime I burn a disc it shows UNKNOWN disc type in my DVD player. even when I burn a CD it shows UNKNOWN. I have tried it with ISO files and CUE/BIN files on DVDR and CDR using BurnerXP-any help here?
I did a little more reading with CDBurnerXP and they still are having issues with windows 7 64-bit and drive compatibility.
here is a free burning software that does work in all versions of Windows 32 and 64 bit The Official ImgBurn Website This one should do the trick.
I think some of my issues are probably due to bad quality of the source file more then anything else.
If you want to verify it to know for sure I can point you to a program that will convert the Bin/cue to and ISO file. The following link has a download that will help with this task. Convert BIN to ISO with Portable WinBin2Iso
