It looks like my Chrome reset it's self. All my passwords were deleted and the spell check isn't activated. I've gone to the tool bar to try and set it but it doesn't work.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like you may be SOL. It helps to "login" to Chrome with your Google (GMail) account. It will preserve all your settings on the Google servers and you'll have all your personalized stuff when you login to Chrome from any computer, tablet, or phone. Nice little sync feature.
