You're all aware that the discounted prices will start off of the MSRP, not the normal price, right?
Right?

I know that they will raise the prices 40% sometimes, and then say 30% off of listed price. Dirty sniveling bastards

This is too bad. I liked CC. I've used their 24 min. pick up plenty of times. I'm off to pick at the remains and see what the liquidators left.

Drove by our local CC and they had the minimum wagers out there holding the liquidation sale signs.

You know how this thing goes. The "liquidation sale" starts immediately, but nothing with any value is discounted enough. Still, suckers and saps buy in to the hype and the goods. By the time effective discounts are in place, all the good stuff is gone.
Still, I'll probably check mine out later today or tomorrow for some DVDs, video games or some other cheap stuff

what really sucks is there really isn't anyone left to compete with BestBuy. they have no reason to offer any real specials or have big sales now. In the end we, the cosumer will screwed the most by the closure. That and the 34K people who lost their jobs.
