My comment wasn't meant as a critique of quality at all! Sorry if you read it that way. It was more a critique of participation. Even my own participation was piss-poor.

I know it was a challenging theme, but it left a lot up to individual interpretation (unlike the Photo Challenges) and I was but I was hoping some more of the regulars to the DSLR thread would pipe in.

Not a big deal. People have lives (that's why I haven't had much time to take pictures, either).

Ulgh, this has been a rough couple of months for me. I have been wanting to get out and get something shot for this challenge, but time has not been on my side at all. So, I offer my very meek entry, a toddler bending space time with a tantrum. I got a Lens Baby for my birthday and was testing it out when she started pitching a fit about something. The fit itself was pretty ugly, but the Lens Baby at least made it humorous, which isn't the exact theme I know, but I had to include something.



And some items that I wanted to recapture, but never had the chance (i.e. I don't know if these are legal under the current rules) -

Traffic (I wanted to shoot a few more angles of this):


Fire (I wanted to shoot the new growth in the burn areas):


Pretty lame I know, but unfortunately extenuating circumstances have kept me everywhere but behind the lens.
