I've been using Vista for almost two years now (Beta, x32 with and without SP1, and x64). MANY of the issues that plagued vista early on (drivers and software compatibility) are now gone. The vista hate is at an epic (and pretty much exaggerated) level. I have it on my home and work computer and have virtually zero issues. The only ones I do have are x64 issues rather than vista.

Good luck playing content you legally own but MS somehow doesn't recognize your rights.

Even if it's totally bug-free, by doing what it is designed to do it is still a horrible horrible thing. But hey, if it works for you, good luck to you. You just won't see me install it on a machine I own.

    How?

Do you have to buy new apps for Linux, or will my Windows programs run on it?

Also, how did you get your Linux: shrink-wrapped (Red Hat) or ?????
