Hey, cool!!

I don't think I'll be doing that ever again. The response was so abysmal from the players I sent to. Never got anything back from Martin or Lowe at all, and never anything really personal like what you got from Werth except from Gonzo. ****ing Kent just signed all three and sent them back. Loney signed one and sent it back.

Oh well. Was an experiment anyhow. Glad to see yours was successful.

I'm looking at it as an experiment as well. I wouldn't call it successful, yet... I sent to 9 different guys. Of course I sent them out when the Dodgers were on an abysmal road trip so I'm hoping to get at least 1 response pretty quick now that they're back at home. I figure Kent's got plenty of time now that he's fresh out of surgery.

Yesterday SpaceWeather News (SpaceWeather.com -- News and information about meteor showers, solar flares, auroras, and near-Earth asteroids) reported that observers in the U.S. and Europe were seeing unusually colorful sunrises and sunsets because of a recent volcanic eruption in Alaska.

It may be worthwhile to watch the sky for the next few days for unusual sunrises and sunsets. Be sure to have a tripod-mounted digital camera ready to record what you see. Best results will probably be had with a wide angle lens or a zoom lens set for the widest possible field of view.

I am currently sitting in New Hampshire on a really, really slow dial-up (SWA from Burbank to Manchester with stops here and there, great service as always, thanks to you and your coworkers) so a lot of the images are not loading (or not loading in under 2 hours) but the one that did was the B+W picture of the volute, that is beautiful! Nice capture.

At the end of one of those December posts of my wishes and goals I stated, \\"In a perfect world I should shoot Kings hockey\\". Looks like some dreams do come true.

Mike, all of this is fantastic, congrats! That surely is living the dream. I will be very interested in hearing how the Staples shooting goes.

OK, I have to cut this short, dial-up is killing me. Great work everybody! My news here is I booked my first wedding, I have shot numerous weddings before as a friend or a second, but this is going to be my first, a little nervous.
