    We haven't really had our Christmas yet...Wife didn't get me anything photography-related (LittleBigPlanet is a hoot, though). I'm hoping someone gets me a Magic Lantern D3 Guide, though.

    Heh...just realized something.

    I rolled my D3's "odometer" over a couple days ago!

    All my file #s start with _GC3 (my initials and the 3 for D3) and end with four digit frame numbers. I cycled back to 0000 by running through 9999.

    I know it means precisely jack...but I thought it was kinda neat.

    Wow dude. Ive had the D80 for 2years now and just hit 6600.
    You must have a lot of time on your hands to shoot and process all that.

    50% of those frames are crap images that get rejected and are now floating somewhere in the ether (after my delete-fest last week). The other half are worth keeping, but only 15% or so make my personal list of "good images."
