Thread: Facebook settings question...

I keep my "chat" off all the time but Ive learned that If I post something on a random page, it shows up in a little side bar thing, on the right, in a friend or fam members page. Like some kind of live feed? Is there a way to disable that? Reason being, it appears this has started a issue between me, my sis and my mom. Sis and I were chatting on my sis's wall about something my Mom did 30 years ago. My mother and sister DO NOT TALK and haven't for years so they are not friends. My mom read only a small portion and only MY side of the conversation and flipped the F out. She said she saw what I said via that live feed/chat thingy. I want to disable that so that if I write something on someone's wall, NO ONE else can read it.

Ive looked all through the help topics and cant find how to stop it.
